This form works exactly the way old-school "mailto" forms used to — it hands your message straight to your own email client and lets you send it to me directly. No forms disappearing into some database I never check, no cookies tracking you around the internet afterward. Just you, me, and email, like it's supposed to be.

A: Maybe! Send me a little bit and tell me what you want from the feedback — encouragement, honesty, or both. I try to always lead with what's working before I get into what isn't. I remember how much the mean internet comments used to sting.
Q: can I use your poems for a school project / zine / tattoo (!)?
A: Email me and ask, I will almost certainly say yes, I just want to know. A tattoo especially — that's the highest compliment a poet can get and I want to hear the whole story behind it.
Q: are you actually going to reply to my guestbook message too?
A: Yes. Guestbook AND email. I am incapable of leaving a kind message unanswered, it's a compulsion at this point, ask my therapist.
